Dave Simms
Managing Director & Founder
Dave founded NWC Home Improvements in 1999, and has been transforming homes ever since. Delivering high-quality home improvements that make a difference and stand the test of time.
Dave manages and delivers high-quality products including windows, doors and conservatories to clients and oversees all decisions.
Hayley Simms
Business Development Manager
Hayley has over 15 years of experience in sales and recruitment and has built a successful career specialising in client relations.
Hayley oversees the seamless transition of projects from the point of sale to completion. Managing the daily operations of the NWC showroom while actively driving the business to new heights.

All our staff are employed by the company and are not sub-contracted. So whilst installing your home improvements, our employees will be courteous and helpful. This is something we are very proud of and would encourage any suggestions that you may wish us to implement.

We don’t just stop at installing windows, doors, and conservatories. We offer full-service support for your home improvement project. Our experienced building team handles: All conservatory base work and general construction tasks.

We also supply insulated panel roof systems. These panels come in a range of finishes and colours to suit your home, while improving energy efficiency and comfort.
